How do I know what ring size is right for me?

The best way to find out your ring size is to have a jeweller measure your finger, even better is you have more than one do it as it can vary for time of day, temperature etc. However if you can’t get to a jeweller we have a guide to measuring your ring size on our website. If you get it wrong, don’t worry, we offer a free exchange of the ring for sizing and also include a sizing kit with every full price ring order from the site.

I can’t find my ring size?

While we endeavour to stock a wide range of ring sizes we don’t always have the right size in stock. Please send us an email with what size and style you are looking for and we will do our best to help you out.

What happens if my ring doesn’t fit?

No problem. Just send us an email with the ring size you think you are and post us back the ring and we will send you a new ring as soon as we receive the other one.

Can my ring be resized?

Unfortunately, due to the hardness of the modern metals they are unable to be resized and must be replaced or remade.

What material should I choose?

Material is a very personal choice and is as important as style.

If you like a weighty, scratchproof ring we recommend the Tungsten rings.

If on the other hand you would like something you won’t notice as much on your finger we would recommend the Titanium rings. The Titanium rings have the added advantage of being hypoallergenic for those who have bad reactions to some metals.

Are modern metals all scratch proof?

Tungsten is the only metal we would claim as scratch proof, however Titanium is still much harder wearing than traditional precious metal rings.

Is it true modern metals such as Tungsten and Titanium can’t be removed if they get stuck?

While our rings are tougher and harder wearing than traditional precious metal styles the myth that they cannot be removed in an emergency is untrue and all emergency wards have the necessary equipment to remove the ring.
